In the modern era of multi-car super teams, the Torrence Racing team has disrupted the status quo by employing the same principles as CAPCO Contractors with family-first values and unparalleled work ethic to become the most dominant Top Fuel drag racing team in the past decade. In 2024, Torrence Racing is fielding two full-time Top Fuel Dragsters for the first time with Steve and Billy Torrence piloting the cars at over 330MPH towards the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series Championship.

In addition to capturing a World Championship in the NHRA's Top Alcohol Dragster class, Steve Torrence has placed his name in the history books with Top Fuel World Championships in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. Steve is the only professional racer to have ever swept the NHRA's "Countdown to the Championship" when he accomplished that feat by winning the final 6 races of the 2018 season en route to his first professional title.
